Other factors making cities blue: Gays move to cities for easy access to social scene/sex and more accepted there. Whites breed less due to high coat of housing and private education. Blacks breed freely because they externalize rhe coat of their offspring. Jews are concentrated primarily in large cities due to historical migration.

Ironically, the Electoral College was created, in part, to try to prevent such an occurence. The Founders believed most states' rural populations would offest any concentrations in big cities. Too bad geographical area doesn't count.

They should change it to who wins the most counties. Or hell divide up the EC votes in each state based on percentages. It's fricked up that yo could hypothetically win a damn election with 5-6 one vote margins in select states. We also need to stop allowing people who dont pay any taxes the privilege of voting. If you aren't paying into the system, then you shouldn't be deciding how the system works.

You do realize that the EC already favors smaller/more rural states, don't you? Why don't we just cut to the chase and say urbanites' (we know who those are) votes are worth only a percentage of what rural/suburban voters' are. 3/5 sound about right?

Ahhh here comes the liberal racism. You love black folks when they vote Democrat, but if they get any intelligence and vote Republican like intelligent folks do, then they are all Uncle Toms.

Yes it does. It's simple math.

Save it. I've voted Republican all but once in my all, and I'm black. The practical effect of dimishing the voting power of residents in large cities is as clear as day. The intent is equally clear.
