Tiger Butt has been right on the money regarding buying tickets

My cost for buying tickets outside the stadium for the 2012 season was $165 for all 8 games, averaging a little over $20 each.

I got in free for Moo State and Ole Miss. (Many thanks to Nick Pontiff for the MSU ticket and unknown north end zone dude for the Ole Miss ticket.)

I got one free ticket today that I had a hard time turning around and giving away even yelling "FREE TICKET!" I wound up buying 4 together for 50 buckets. The guy jumped on it like I offered him $500.

Granted it was right before kickoff, but it's always like that right before kickoff.

I was walking near the stadium with my son today with my tickets out while trying to read the gate number. Some guy pulled me to the side and said since I was with a little boy, he wanted me to have some better tickets. He gave me two club level tickets.

Tickets were every where and I had been turning down phone calls offering free tickets all week.
Will never understand people feeling the need to pay anywhere near face value for a game like this.

I gave away 14 tickets for the state game and only 8 for the ole miss game, just ask the people to use them

I'd wipe my arse with my extra tickets before I would give them away to dumpster divers who go to games and pick up the scraps from the season ticket holders who shelled out all the bucks to buy them. No different from the folks who ride around and load peoples roadside trash into their trucks to sell at flea markets.

P.S. - I do give my tickets to friends and family that I know who don't usually go to games and I enjot the company.
