Thank you! Your response is what I intended to post. This piece of crap will be made a hero by that bunch of sick fricks. It wouldn't surprise me to see photos of him posing with other members of that twisted cult of a fanbase.

suppose this guy teabagged a woman? I bet that the charges against him would keep him locked up for a longer amount of time. If the victim would have been a woman, I bet that the charge of attempted rape would have been thrown in. The last thing that I heard was that the victim was going to sue the teabagger. How can you sue a person who virtually has nothing? The teabaggers life is practically ruined and he definitely made a name for himself here in Alabama. Being a father of a young child and washing dishes for money has to be tough. Keep the pecker behind zipped up pants.

Pretty much agree with almost everything you said.

Suing and collecting are 2 entirely different things. You can sue all day long and obtain a judgment. Whether you will ever see a dime of that is another story. That's why they added Krystal in the Petition.

The fact that Downing has not apologized to Garrison is disgusting. His excuse is that his world has been turned upside down?? F*ck him.
This x fricking 1000. If this POS's world is upside down, it's a crisis of his own making. Really difficult to sympathize with an a-hole like that.

Very odd article. I'm pretty sick of ESPN's attempts to turn everything into some weepy human interest story. The article is written as some minor tragedy, yet its full of puns and quips about nuts, balls, etc. The standards at ESPN are just laughable

If a passed out Lady Tiger was sexually assualted in a Krystal while a bunch of drunk Bama-A-Holes cheered on the assualt and a number of of those A-holes were reaching for their tackle box to perform the same act, how would you feel about it then? It is not a "boys being boys" case, so here is $5K. This is a sexual assualt that was not stopped by anyone, including the personnel working Krystal. Therefore, they are an accomplice to the crime and should be sued as well. If this was never filmed, Stamp would have gone on the rest of his life without knowing this ever happened. But it was filmed and shared. I believe the person who posted it is as much to blame for his "emotional distress". BTW, having the name Stamp is funny. I thought that was a made up name done in poor taste at first.

Why does any of this rest on Krystal? The place was probably crowded with rowdy fans seeking food and under-staffed with minimum wage high school workers. Why is any of this their fault? Did anyone walking by the store look thru the window and see this? Find them; they are responsible.
