I agree, you have left out some crucial information from the beginning. We were under the guise that as a college student you were younger.
You definitely have to take a different approach with age though.

And since I am the manager of that team in my career mode in FIFA 13, I don't start any of them. It just doesn't make sense and ruins the entire team chemistry.

Honestly, I have three cousins who are Panamanian and look like native Panamanians, yet have irish, german, and scottish in them.
I also have a second cousin who is black. She is probably about 10 now, but I remember the first time we met her. A bunch of New Orleans Italians at a family party and this little black baby about a year and a half runs through the house. the whole house got quiet. I looked at my uncles and asked, "did y'all just see a black baby run through here?" they said yea. I said, "Good, I don't have to stop drinking."

Besides her body?
Her personality. She's honestly a good person. She always goes out of her way to help someone else out. She never looks down on anybody for making mistakes. She doesn't care about image.
My only complaint about her is that she has a very low self-image. And I don't know why.
Course, that would probably work in my favor.
