I need a side for my fajitas tonight.


Cooking chicken fajitas tonight with my chips and salsa and modelo.

In search of a good Mexican side.

Ideas?

i saute some onions, pepper and garlic, add some chicken broth to a pan and get it to a boil, and then steam fresh sliced veggies, like squash, zucchini and corn in the pot. add ground cumin and let the broth reduce. enjoy

Black bean soup, Spanish rice, chilis relleno to compliment the chicken with beef and a mild heat element at the same time.
