That dude is incredibly good. He's not the third best in the world YET, but he's on his way. There are very few attacking players I would rather have on my team.

Are you serious? He's a winger, he doesn't have to be strong on the ball. He has to be able to run past defenders, which he does very well. Look at Ribery, David Silva, Iniesta, and tons of other wing players. None of them are touted for strength on the ball.
