Couldn't you make the argument that welfare is unconstitutional?

but in this particular case if someone can't see the simple logic of people who choose to partake in expensive habits should not be collecting welfare is just a fricking idiot.

i agree with that, but you said i was stupid because i said that that creating a new program to drug test and require community service adds to big government. Its simple mathematics. Adding programs = bigger government. If you cant understand something that simple then your opinion is of no value.

And some in here don't know what it means to be a fiscal conservative. I am for this and I am about as conservative as you can get fiscally. Go ahead and flame and use your short sighted, narrow minded, vision lacking talking points, mean while I will be looking at the big picture, thx.

Perhaps you should go read the definition of a fiscal conservative, collect your thoughts and get back to us......

Spending X dollars in an attempt to save <X dollars is not fiscally conservative. Thanks.

So let me get this straight...it's constitutionally OK to drug test state workers who use their income to feed their children but....

It's non constitutional to drug test welfare recipients (state worker) who use their income to feed their children...

Hmmm...yeah makes total sense.

Take it up with the federal judge who ruled on it.

And no, welfare recipients aren't government employees in any sense of the word.

Go read the definition again and then ponder the subject of the thread. Thx.

Hint: There are more line items to the fed budget than welfare.

Hint #2: OVERALL
