Huge fan of AnandTech reviews.
The thermal throttling won't be a problem once some of the devs mess around with it. So if you root expect the benchmarks to be better (though they really dont matter that much) Sunspider score is not impressive at all, though I still think that has to do with chrome not being fully optimized with jellybean. With the galaxy nexus the stock browser seems handle animations better than chrome.
I'm glad the battery life is an increase over the gnex especially with browsing on wifi. 6.3 hours is better than the less than 4 hours I have now.
Camera looks great. Def a huge upgrade there. Like the added HDR mode. As the AT reviewer said photos could still be better with some software tweaks from google.
Wish google would hurry up and refresh their stock for this phone. Anticipation is killing me

My order went through at 10:33 CST and I received a shipping email with tracking number at 3:42am today. Supposedly (per Google Rep), there is a distribution center in Texas. Hopefully ours ship from there and get delivered tomorrow.

Did you see with the finalized 4.2, FPS on video was increased from 22 to 30. Read that this morning.

Yea I saw that the update to the final version fixed the FPS for recording video. I couldnt tell if he ran his benchmarks for the processor before or after the update.
Also I like the quick controls with the stock browser and just how much more smoother navigating pages and zooming is compared to how it is on chrome

Yeah I'm hoping it will be here tomorrow, or at the latest Saturday. Still need to get the shipping email first though before I can start speculating on when I may get it.

I thought they did, but I could be wrong.
ETA: according to their website, they offer it, but it seems to be an extra service, so I doubt we would get them on Saturday.

this isnt an issue for tmobile users like me.
if you read ananadtech's review you would see exactly why google didn't implement LTE.

However still not showing on UPS. in my experience i often get the product before ups ever shows it in their system.

Gotcha. With the way the emails from Google have gone (I still never got the email that was supposed to tell me it was available), I'm almost expecting it to just show up with no shipment email
