Carson you thought Crysis 2 was good?
It was horrible and extremely repetitive. Only good thing it was used for was benchmarks.
Crysis 1 was great in the fact that we had never seen anything like it before. Graphics were the best my PC ever had to that point.
Looking forward to Crysis 3. Will be my next after ACIII comes out.

I loved it. Keep in mind I haven't played the first one. It seems people that have played the first though that the 2nd sucked. I loved the campaign and played through it several times (a rarity for me with FPS's) and once I got the hang of multiplayer, I found it very fun.

I understand, the first 1 had a sense of "This is the first time this has ever happen" feel to it. When Cyrsis 2 came out, most ppl I guess expected for it to have that feeling again. Except it was the same game with a more repetitive campaign and a little higher detailed textures.
None the less, not playing the first one might have put the 2nd in good graces with you.
