Lots of great ones out there, but I would like to plow through Russian River's lineup. I've had Pliny the Elder and a few more, but there are many others that I would love to try.

Saint Arnold Bishops Barrel #1 Stone Double Bastard Stone Lucky Bastard Stone dry hopped Arrogant Bastard Sierra Nevada Ovila Dubbel aged in wine barrels Goose Island Pere Jacques Goose Island Sofie Goose Island Matilda New Belgium Lips of Faith Transatlantique Kriek Running Monk Sasquatch Nuts And some homebrew IPA, smoked IPA, and who the hell knows what else.
Did manage to snag a couple of Saint Arnold Bishops Barrel bottles to age at home.
