Scout has consistently listed Manning as having a high interest in attending LSU; in fact they now have LSU listed first in the schools that are recruiting him. I never see anything about him on the recruiting board; insight please.

Really? He is definitely a no go...it's most likely Oklahoma but aTm will have something to say about it. Apparently, he was trying to come to the LSU bama game but we told him no. He then tweeted that LSU just made his decision easier...#Salty

it was reported that LSU has backed off of his recruitment. This was reported on an aTm site and was a response from Manning himself in an interview. I don't have the link since I don't follow aTm football, sorry.
