I like French Canadian accents the best. I realize they probable sound terrible but I associate it with sex & hot bitches the most.

The netherlands has some hot men. When I've been to amsterdam I always see hot guys, even at the airport(working the customs/security lines)

Most of my experience with them are here in the states. I've got a feeling they're in a different mindset when they're not hanging out in the clubs of Prague.
My best friend is a recently immigrated Ukrainian dude, I get exposed to a good number of the fresh off the boat types.
All hot, all crazy, all ready to cut any corner possible to save/make a dime. Not that it's a bad thing.
ETA: it does take a change of mentality to hang though.
