Hat, she needs to up her game. Dream On will be forgotten after a few weeks. She just didn't do it, this week, and all the arm flailing was just downright silly. I hope she brings it back next week and I hope she figures out what kind of artist she wants to be. That could hurt her also.
I also hope Nicholas doesn't get all caught up in songs that aren't his style. He needs to put his foot down when it doesn't feel right.

What the heck went on tonight? I missed 7 pages worth of discussion, that is more than the past month combined.

meh overall the show was nothing special had a couple of high points and finished strong.

There are still a couple of actually bad singers on there, and a bunch of mediocre/meh middle of the pack type. Only like 3 or so who stand out from song to song. Maybe more will step forward as they get more performances under their belt, who knows.

Celiene Dion was next best
Dez wasn't too bad
everyone else meh
Melanie and first 2 girls were all very bad.

Thoughts on last night:
- Terry can rock and I love that he is sticking with it. You dont have to be versatile to be a good singer. Just stick to what you're good at and do it well
- I'm a fan of Amanda but that was her worst performace since the blinds. She will be back but needs to bring it next week
- Dez will stick around but I dont find him to be super talented. He would be better suited for AI.
- Melanie sucks. I really have no interest in watching her anymore
- I cant tell if I like Adrianna's performances or not. She has talent, but I dont enjoy her performances if that makes sense.
- Trevin is top 2 in the competition no doubt
- I will admit, I was a Sylvia hater until last week. Her first 2 or 3 performances involved her screaming and not much else. The last 2 songs she has done she has really had more control and been a lot better because of it
- I like Brian, but he has yet to wow me. I see he gets a lot of love. He is solid, but all of the "top" contestants in my eyes this season so far have had at least one performance where my jaw was open at the end. He has yet to come close on that
- Great song choice for Cassadee. She wont win this thing but I enjoy it every time she takes the stage
- Nicholas is the man. That muppett can sing
- Cody is good performer but an average singer
- Michaela is pretty damn talented especially for her age but I dont see her hanging on too much longer
