well, he had that incident in highschool where he and a a friend jumped a guy beating him with a bat than stomping him once out cold. violated his probation (positive on a drug test)
then the allegations of drugging and raping a girl in college
and the hit and run incident
and the multiple duis
and the drug arrest
and the bar fight last year
now this....
im sure hes just misunderstood though.

Because police usually make an arrest in domestic violence calls, and because Stevens admitted to arguing with Hope Solo, officers arrested him on suspicion of fourth-degree assault. He was not charged.
Making his appearance in Kirkland Municipal Court on Tuesday afternoon, Stevens was quickly released after Judge Michael Lambo deemed there was "zero" evidence connecting Stevens to any assault.
A Kirkland Police domestic violence detective plans to meet with prosecutors this week to determine if there's enough evidence to charge Stevens with fourth-degree assault. However, Lieutenant Mike Murray said there may not be enough for a charge because witnesses do not seem willing to help police, and the alleged victim -- Hope Solo -- is being uncooperative.
Hope Solo was present in the courtroom Tuesday. Her attorney, Peter Offenbecher, said she had not been assaulted.
