re: Jindal wants to make conservatism more complicated

Bobby is using the voucher program to "permit" those new schools to teach creationalism

So?

. And that program is funded by public funds

Actually, the program is funded by taxpayers getting a choice in which schools their tax dollars go to. I though libs were pro-choice?

re: Jindal wants to make conservatism more complicated
The voucher program is funded by the tax payers, but the small print is where the BS lies. To use small numbers to keep it easy, if school A in EBRP gets $100 from the State's program, EBRP loses that $100 when it comes time to fund it the next fiscal yr. And those parents in EBRP have no choice bout it, that money is gone. If you feel it is ok to teach creationalism in schools, then you have no concept bout the separation of church & state. Using public funds to teach religion goes against that concept.
