Anyone else have the misfortune of buying this piece of shit? It was on sale on Steam and had good reviews so I picked it up. Ended up deleting it before I ever made it out of the character creation menu. Talking about a shitty port job, it still had console control instructions. The graphics looked like they belonged in a 1980's RPG and the presentation was just horrible. They should pay players to play this POS.

I didn't even get into the game play. The intro/character creation was so backwards and generally shitty that I said, "frick it." First time I've ever done that on a game.

Whenever games are multiplatform, always always always bypass reviews on big time websites and read customer reviews on places like metacritic. They'll let you know if it was a good port or not.

I wasn't a fan of Dark Souls. It brought me back to when developers used cheap methods to punish players instead of challenging them.

If you want to fix the resolution to whatever you want, add various AA rechniques, unlock 60fps, etc etc, go here:

Mind you, you'll still have to use a 360 controller, but all the graphical issues of the raw port are completely gone with this fix.
