Haven't been watching the news lately but he seems to be laying low, I have this weird feeling that he is gathering info to come out swinging with rigging accusations.

Even if he had some info for this, he wouldn't act on it. He is laying low because he is going back to being a private citizen.
What else should he be doing? He's unemployed.

Nowhere. He's going back to doing what he was doing before the election: making money as a successful businessman. Bush did the same when he completed his 2nd term in office. He and Laura cordially accepted the Obama's into the Whitehouse and quietly went back to their lives they had before. There has definitely been more of a trend with Dems being outspoken/controversial after elections aka Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, etc.

I am not in the Mitt fan club but no way does he accuse obama of rigging this thing, especially with republican govs / sec of state in many of the swing states.

Well
a) Most of these exes STFU for the first few years after they left office. Hell with carter, it was not until after clinton got elected did he say much. And clinton was completely absent in W's first term.
b) it might be that other than reagan, the last few republican presidents left office and were quite unpopular. And reagan was clearly losing it before he died, so it makes sense he was quiet.

Nah, he is probably off skiing somewhere because he has been working his arse off on this campaign. He had too much class to come out and look weak to make accusations about " rigging".
