Who remembers when the house on Homestead filled up with gas and blew up?
Had sheets, clothes and a mattress in the Magnolia tree in our backyard.

I live about a mile and a half from there, so I've been watching the news on this very intently tonight. They just indicated that the Indianapolis Fire Dept. has called for the coroner. Hopefully, it's just precautionary, but thoughts and prayers for everyone in that neighborhood.

The latest they're reporting is that two homes were completely destroyed, one of which was for sale and vacant. At least one person is being treated at the nearest hospital for injuries. Really, though, I have no more information than what's on the news.
Seems to be gas. Initially, there was talk of a plane crash.

You're going to be a far better news source on this story than any website at this point. Didn't realize it was two whole houses. That's pretty scary.
And now I digress - Whenever I wondering what's going on around the country (world, for that matter) - I come here before any other site. It's crazy how much coverage of events with actual information turn up here.
