Finally. I had a decent Free Lunch Wednesday. 1 chicken thigh with some salad, then a little more salad. I didn't touch the FRIED Chicken, poboys or Mac N Cheese. Not too many leftovers so I should be good to go tomorrow. Then Friday, once again, I am in charge of picking up 4 dozen donuts. Had to grab some medicine at CVS and I did eyeball the ice cream pretty hard, but walked away empty handed. Had a nice 42 minute ride this evening.

I'm stuck on a nice Non-Plateau. Even with 4 good days, I can't seem to get any movement down. Can't figure it out because I felt like I sweated away about a gallon of fluids last night on the bike.

This is discouraging. I've been weighing myself pretty much every day Saturday morning - 237.8 I decide to say "frick it" for just a few days and don't obsess about working out and exercising This morning - 247 Almost 10 pounds in 5 days. And I didn't really go on any sort of eating binge. No ice cream or desserts or anything. I had 2 splurge meals and didn't exercise and I gain almost 2 lbs a day

P'man don't give up. The best thing about this thread is that it helps you realize we've all had similar bounces and recovered. (I had a 2-day 7 lber). The main thing is to get back into your routine. Once you do, can can expect a fluid flush to knock about half.

I haven't been home since Monday. I have been a good boy and my calories have stayed below 1800 each day and I even exercised 2 out of 4 days. We will see in the morning how I fared

Great job Hulk! I've had 5 solid days in a row. I've been a bit under the weather so I didn't ride last night. Alas, it is now time for me to head to the donut shop to purchase the office donuts.

363/262/250 MFP helped keep myself under control. Now that the last couple of weeks are gone, I hope to start seeing losses again. I have my first naysayer. My dad told me that he doesn't think I can make it to 220. Says that my 'frame' is too big and I will look too skinny. Gotta prove him wrong.

Ok, where is the "Check in here to get the wheels back on thread"? Tough week after my long weekend. Trying to be good today, heading to Tiger Stadium tomorrow and we all know what that means 225/189.5/175

I have gone way off track the past 2 weekends. Gonna try and do better this weekend though.

I made it through the donuts onslaught. 15 minutes in the car with hot donuts was rough. Thankfully, the office polished them all off so I won't have any late afternoon disasters. I'm going into full bunker hermit mode this weekend so I can finish off a flawless week.

Yeah glad I didn't panic Somehow down 6 lbs after a couple days I'm usually lighter in the morning which is when I normally weigh in but I was sort of curious tonight

363/262/250 My coworker lost 170 pounds in 16 months with a paleo diet and crossfit. Unreal. Someone made a little 4 minute documentary video. LINK Just makes you want to get off of your arse and hit the gym
