Should I go all in on being a Saints fan?

I've been a casual saints fan to say the least. But I really am considering going all in. I own no Saints apparel and have never been to a game. I want to change this. Will I be labeled a bandwagon fan? I'm born and raised here in Louisiana but just never got into the Saints. I've watched some games but not religously. Convince me why I should go all in. Also, would anyone like to take me to a game? I have a van so I'll drive.

This is a good season to become a Saints fan and not be considered a bandwagoner.

But you can't cut and run as soon as things go South.

If I go all in, I'm in for the long haul. Can you recommend a good hat?

I've been a die hard since I was 6. Honestly, I'm not sure what will make you go "all in." Once the bug bites you, you're sick. Maybe, just maybe, going to a game will flipped the switch. I know a couple of season tickets holders on here are into van rape. Good luck.

Also, I'm painting my van tonight. It just got out the shop. It's like a white/grayish color right now but I want to liven it up. I was thinking about doing some Saints murals. Can you suggest any that would look good on a van? It's a club wagon.

Can't go wrong with a Joe Horn BBQ sauce mural.

Casuals love just Brees.

Die hards love Steve Gleason.

I dunno if you wanna do that to your van.

I have a "no white flags tshirt"

Thought about putting him on my van, but it might be a little weird when he passes away. I dunno. I'm torn about that.

My question would be, were you a football fan before? Or did you just casually watch some games? If you were a fan of a different team, you can't jump from ship to ship.

I've watched the Saints since I was about 8. Even tho they sucked I was dedicated. My son is now 8. And when it was his bedtime Monday night, instead of putting on Cartoon Network, he put on MNF. I could hear him from across the house screaming at the TV. Proud moment for me. Any other night I would have went make him turn off the tube. lol.

But honestly, stick around here.

I learned tons about football from these guys.
The fandom here can really be sincere.

Religously watch college game. Just casually watch NFL.

Only an LSU fan...not a fan of any NFL team. Just casually watched all games and enjoy them.

Just don't be that guy who goes shopping with his wife wearing a Saints jersey while the Saints are playing.
