Hulkk I have been doing a breakfast and lunch thing only lately. Try eating your calories during that time period and it may be easier to do a whole 24 hr fast after that. Just eating in a 4 or 8 hr window gets good results. Weagle that dayum sammich looked good
So tell me how someone can eat good one day and gain three pounds, then the very next day you can eat a ton of pure crappy food and actually lose half a pound. The body is a mysterious thing sometimes.
My wife went to the doctor yesterday and everything is finally getting on track with us getting pregnant. Interestingly her OB put her on the Atkins diet. I'm not sure that we'll really do Atkins but more than likely we'll modify it so we can still eat fruit and let those and maybe quinoa be our only carbs.

Instead of doing good, I am doing bad. Cheated with carbs four out of the last five days. Saltines and extra sharp cheddar, chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. Other stupid things. Carbs are an addiction. I need to get ahold of this and stop.
Last night I ate some shiratake noodles with spaghetti sauce. This is more along the lines of what I need to do.
