Anyone else's Manager Mode freeze up constantly? Or things will happen when the game is working just fine but I can't hit A to advance. The music is playing, the stories are changing but I can't advance. It's not my controller messing up.

Won League Two by 15 points with Plymouth Argyle...my youth-filled team progressed really well as the season went on.
Promoted to League One...and the news story pops up that I'm the unanimous favorite to win promotion? Most of my players are hanging around 63-68 in the ratings, but I didn't expect that to be some of the best in the league.
Three youth signings:
- Striker from Italy that has 5* skill moves and an 80 in dribbling, good speed...valued at $1.7M
- Central mid from England that has great passing and long shot abilities for a youngster...valued at $1.5M
- Central mid from Wales that has a potential of 88-92, came in a 65 as a 16-year-old...valued at $3.8M (!!!!!!!)

I have had a youth in my program from pretty much day one at LFC, I signed him at 14, by the end of my first season he was 65-77 OVR with 85-94 Potential... Now he's almost 16, 72-79 OVR with 91-94 Potential. He's getting signed on his 16th birthday pretty much 
Oh and the real kicker, he's from... the good ole USA

If I had a dollar for every time my VP's shot has hit the f#%king crossbar, and a quarter for every blind AI clearance RIGHT to a teammate, I could retire. 
This game pisses me off so much, but then that moment of brilliance happens and you get the goal you've worked so hard for, and it's a great feeling. It's almost like I've accomplished something, even tho I'm sitting in my recliner being a slob.
ETA: Have you guys noticed that sometimes the referee misses offsides calls? I swear I've had a few goals where I was offside and it wasn't called. Hilarious to see all the defenders stop and throw their arms up while you calmly place one around the keeper.

Yep.. Sucks. I found that if you dont let it connect to the servers ever, you're fine. I.e. say play as computer or current customised when you're setting it up.

That's crazy. I find the youth system funny. I've started a few different MMs and each one has a multitude of different patterns. My Chelsea MM has a ton of defenders and no mids, my Fleetwood Town MM has tons of mids, another MM with Chelsea had a ton of strikers. There never seems to be be a mixture of young talent.

I see what you are saying, but for me it's always based on the country... For example, my scout in the US has found a ton of great defenders and a couple of mids... but my scout in Brazil finds a lot of strikers.

Was beating a Manchester United dude 5-1 online a few minutes ago. He makes a sub in the 55th minute (down 4 goals) and who does he bring on? Lindegaard for De Gea   The dude is trying to be Fergie so bad

I still haven't gotten into seasons really. I'm 0-1-2 in Div. 10 currently (that's all I've played), because I love MM too much right now.
Also, as a 'Pool fan, I've had my fans question my striker moves TWICE now, and both times the new strikers I brought in have lead the league for a while in Goals

I find saving your MM on a different storage location than your HDD fixes everything. I moved my saved data over and I haven't had a problem since. Just last night I tried copying it back to the HDD and loading it, and it froze up. So just keep it on a different storage location.

Had an invisible community shield game, just set it on semi-pro and won 4-0.
It's surprisingly easy to read the body language, props to EA.
