Honestly, I've known about this for a while. I just never knew a club using your face for a party was a violation.
The party was more for the guys in his circle than it was for him. They used him to draw a crowd
That indeed happened and if its a violation then I don't think he'll play next year

I feel the same exact way. They make it seem feel good/redemption...but then just throw in some random, minor NCAA issue that is all hearsay with no evidence right in the middle of it.

Why does this even matter? He's sitting out a year so isn't this a moot point? I don't see how this could affect eligibility for 2013.

If HB is not part of team when he alleged to have done these things how does the NCAA have any jurisdiction. HB is just a student right now.

When I was in college I had some classes with Favorite, Dorsey, Chevis Jackson and Doucet. I friended them all on facebook. If I could go back and see how many times a flyer promoting a party at some shite club in BR would be posted with their picture/number/jersey on it promoting a party and tag them you wouldnt be able to count them. It was literally every week.
