And if so explain to me how a person can be a true and I said true believer and support any party or person who ,in the name of a persons individual right, support the killing of innocent unborn babies,or homosexuality, where the bible it self talks about marriage.

Easy, the God I serve gives us free will(choice) and we will each be judged individually for our actions. I don't believe in homsexuality, so I'm not a homosexual. I don't believe in murder so I don't kill people. One of Jesus' closest friends was a prostitute, yet he never condemn her. While on the cross next to a murderer, he said that murderer was forgiven and would be with him in paradise. You can't legislate morality, I don't believe another sinner can condemn me to hell R or D.

re: African-Americans and Obama
No you can't ,but you can stand against what flys in the face of your gods very word. If you want who will. Unborn babies can't speak for themselves. And I would never be one to say anyone is going to hell or not. But I will stand up for the word of my god, matter of fact he tells us to do just that. So again we are letting politicians destroy the word of god in America today. Is god more important to you than anything? If yes ,then there is no way you can support the democratic party and its policies. I. Not judging you are damning you,but if you are and you believe, really believe that when god calls your home to stand before him, then I would ask you to really learn what it is that you support, because once again I say,God either is or isn't,he is either everything or nothing, and that is a choice that each Christian must make and there is no in between in gods word ,it's his word and we are his. So I'll support no one who kills his innocent unborn babies,I'm going to watch the Tigers now, but I hope you'll think and pray on what you think he,not man would want his children to do in his name, not some politicians .

re: African-Americans and Obama
quote:

You start out in 1954 by saying, "N*gger, n*gger, n*gger." By 1968 you can't say "n*gger" — that hurts you. Backfires. So you say stuff like forced busing, states' rights and all that stuff. You're getting so abstract now [that] you're talking about cutting taxes, and all these things you're talking about are totally economic things and a byproduct of them is [that] blacks get hurt worse than whites. And subconsciously maybe that is part of it. I'm not saying that. But I'm saying that if it is getting that abstract, and that coded, that we are doing away with the racial problem one way or the other.

"People with paranoid personality disorder are generally characterized by having a long-standing pattern of pervasive distrust and suspiciousness of others. A person with paranoid personality disorder will nearly always believe that other people's motives are suspect or even malevolent. Individuals with this disorder assume that other people will exploit, harm, or deceive them, even if no evidence exists to support this expectation. While it is fairly normal for everyone to have some degree of paranoia about certain situations in their lives (such as worry about an impending set of layoffs at work), people with paranoid personality disorder take this to an extreme -- it pervades virtually every professional and personal relationship they have."

if this one point could gain some traction, i really think we could start reversing some of the atrocities that have occurred from FDR (or perhaps Woodrow Wilson) forward.

re: African-Americans and Obama
quote:

For, in this state, the rate of insured unemployment has been persistently higher than the national average, and the increases in personal income and employment have been slower here than [in] the nation as a whole. You have seen the tragedy of chronically depressed areas upstate, of unemployed young people — and I think this might be one of our most serious national problems, unemployed young people, those under 20. One out of four are unemployed — particularly those in the minority groups, roaming the streets of New York and our other great cities — and others on relief at an early age, with the prospect that in this decade we will have between seven and eight million school dropouts, unskilled, coming into the labor market, at a time when the need for unskilled labor is steadily diminishing. And I know you share my conviction that, proud as we are of its progress, this nation's economy can and must do even better than it has done in the last five years. Our choice, therefore, boils down to one of: doing nothing, and thereby risking a widening gap between our actual and potential growth in output, profits, and employment — or taking action, at the federal level, to raise our entire economy to a new and higher level of business activity .

How JFK's speech about tax cuts still rings true today, but after reading these posts apparently tax cuts are racist

Saw a stat the other day that floored me. Since Obama has taken office the Black unemployment rate has gone from 10% to 13.5%

Considering that 1 in 3 black males go to prison at some point in there life, and once you have been to prison it is tough to find a job, this number seems VERY low. I call BS.....well over 20% of black people are unemployed. They must not be counting those in prison or those who have been on welfare for years and years in these numbers,

He will get 95% of our vote period

That's because you are racist!

If 95%-98% of white people voted for a presidential candidate based on the fact that he was white....the black community (ie pieces of shite like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton) riot.

Therefore according to your stupid math:

55% Black turnout = 90% Black vote for very White Al Gore

55% Black turnout =90% Black vote for very White John Kerry

65% Black turnout= 90% Black vote for Obama

Now because of extra 10% Black voter turnout =most Blacks vote for Obama because he is Black. Your logic is stupid. And this whole discussion is as well.

Close, but not quite. From my link earlier in this thread...

quote:

" Clinton got 83 percent of the black vote in 1992 and 84 percent in 1996; the third-party candidate Ross Perot probably sliced away some of Clinton's black support. Al Gore got 90 percent in 2000; John Kerry got 88 percent in 2004. Obama captured 95 percent in 2008, and 2 million more black people voted than in the previous election."
