Yes, and as several admit in the article, they don't support Romney because he is white. No surprises there, but it's why blacks supporting Romney do catch a little hell from other blacks.

They could have saved the time and paper this article was written on and just had the heading ......"Do Blacks support Obama because he's black"......with a one word answer....."Duh"

All the Unicorn Party has left is faux racism and a claim of a repub war on women with a spokesman whose idea of 'caring about women and black people' is to rape a black woman, bust her lip, then tell her to 'put some ice on it' after destroying her lip and vagina through forced non-consensual sex. The Unicorn Party is a joke. And they will be defeated in 3 1/2 weeks.

Estimated 90% plus Blacks also voted for Black Militants likeAl Gore & John Kerry as well

I don't think you understand what "ignorant" means.
There is no doubt many blacks will vote for Obama and become more politically involved because he is black. The questions are the reasoning behind it.
It's ok though, it's quite apparent from listening to some of you folks were are not nearly as racially enlightened as we thought we were. Everything has racial code words and contains racial components. .

Black income levels have dropped greatly and unemployment numbers have risen greatly the last four years...yet BO will still get 99% of the black vote. Why does he still get some much support from them?
And it doesn't really matter as they are allowed to do what they want, but its strange that a group can claim others are "racist" against them when in reality they care a lot more about race than other groups. The amount of backlash a black person gets if they claim they aren't voting for BO is sickening.
I did not vote for BO in 2008 because he was black, I voted because I thought he was a better choice than McCain and believed he could actually do something. I am not voting for him this time, and once again it has nothing to do with his skin color.
ETA: and I don't think this makes me "ignorant" in any way

There aren't 2 more 'Black' Presidential candidates in US history than Gore & Kerry

No, blacks support Obama because he is a democrat, being black is just a bonus. For example, if there had been an election in 07 between Hillary Clinton, and a republican such as Allen West, Herman Cain, or even a moderate like Colin Powell, Clinton would have captured the majority the black vote.

obama gained an extra 5% of the black vote... and also how much turnout over previous elections?
