I've read other posters say otto is grossly obese which causes him to be "disabled" and he is on the taxpayer's teat.
Otto has posted numerous times about how important medicare is to him so I can only conclude he either already is on medicare or plans to be soon.
I really don't know for sure what his deal is.

Certainly.....these radicals in the WH and in Congress will never accept a Romney win. Expect to see the same old tricks.....you know the ballot boxes that were mysteriously overlooked and suddenly show up a day or two after the election results are in. The voting precincts that stay open way past the "official" closing time.
If all these tricks don't work....then expect the BHO union thugs, Nation of Islam, Black Panthers, and marxist anarchist to take to the streets. Naturally BHO will have to declare martial law, and suspend the election (for an DOJ investigation of course).
At least America will see these folks for who they are.....a mix of frustrated and angry marxist, racist, and islamic leaning radicals.

Like most of the posters have said isolated incidents. It seems to be easy to rile up those types of people. i.e. Trayvon Martin incident caused some localized "retaliation". No doubt the Black Panthers will do something. Their history of making a scene leads me to believe they would show up. Trayvon, voter intimidation, Duke lacrosse incident.

Large swaths of this country will be peaceful.
Certain urban areas that have experienced rioting in the past involving certain demographic groups may have some issues.
