I'm excited about this game, good to see other teams from Louisiana doing good. Hell La Tech is hanging in there good with the major BCS schools. I have a feeling you'll beat aTm.

Tech was ranked for a week in 99 but lost the next week in L.A. to USC during the last week of the season

How many Tech fans will actually put down their purple and gold and pull out their Tech blue if Tech pulls off a win? I don't see it happening, but maybe Tech could finally put some people in their seats in Ruston.

You must not know a whole lot of them. They have a small diehard bunch but a large majority of their fans are more likely to be found in purple and gold most seasons than sitting in Ruston in their Tech colors. They cannot fill a tiny stadium yet want to have their time in the limelight with the big boys.

That's the way LA Tech has been winning games. Breakneck pace on offense and turnovers on defense. Because they are taught to always go for the strip/pick on D, they give up 900 yards a game, but they do get those 2-3 turnovers.
Its a very exciting team to watch. I love how each of these Air Raid guys (Dykes, Holgorson, Briles, Kingsbury) has put their own spin on the offense.
