Why are glass bottles undetermined? Have scientists cracked the code on the decomposition of baby crap coated disposable diapers but not on glass bottles?

It's a damn shame. I've had my cousin throw trash out my window and had to pull over and tell him to pick it up or walk home. He does this all the time in his own truck.....SAD.
