Body fat % and actual sizes are the best way to measure your health; everyone is different. 220 for me may still be fat where some guys could be 220 and healthy.

263/243/183 Looks like I'm finally budging off the plateau a bit Actually not sure I'd even call it a plateau. Lost 6 over the last 2.5 weeks if this weight sticks.

My first LSU game in a zillion years went great on the field.....not so great on the scale. The bike arrived BUT...... it appears someone cut a hole in the box. The chances are very low that all of the pieces needed to assemble the bike are still in there. I didn't want to be pissed at the game so I didn't check the box yet. I'm about to break it open.

Did not cheat this weekend. First time I could say that in months. Plus I finally ran again.

Getting the bike box up the stairs nearly killed me. Then putting it together nearly killed me. Amazingly, all of the pieces were in the box even with the huge hole. Oh, the first 24 minute ride nearly killed me. My legs are wobbly!

Keep it up Myth. 302/267/245 I made a big thing of chicken with stir fry vegetables and coconut milk last night. Also made some brown rice. Good eatin. This week will be scrimpy because me and the wife are broke and we have mostly just staples. I know one reason we're broke, being off the diet. I decided yesterday to start using Mint.com again and we spent 120 dollars on fast food in the first 13 days of this month...

I went to a all you can eat buffet today for lunch, and they reduced my bill. They kept trying to get me to go back for more, but I was full.
