I've been heavily considering leaving iPhone for S3.
Looks like bestbuy will be having it on sale for $99 on Sunday...dunno if that is only for new contracts though. If it includes ATT upgrades, I'll definitely be getting it.
Heard a lot of good things about Jelly Bean.

If you like some of the touchwhiz functionality (the camera app is pretty damn good), try Drew Garen's Touchwhiz jelly bean roms. I think the latest is called serenity, but I am running Milestone 5 and I really like it.

Got my s3 3 weeks ago and updated to the newest software update. (I747UCLH9)
Seems to be a problem rooting with this baseband version.

I recommend anyone try AOKP....I was hardcore CM until I got my Galaxy Nexus. I ran AOKP for months and it was awesome.
I'm running JBSourcery now simply for the massive amounts of customizations. I'll probably go back to AOKP when they release a JB Milestone.

I've said for awhile that JB is >>>>>>> iOS 6. Even still, as powerful as it is i find out about Android just getting features that shipped in iOS 1.0 and it blows me away. Like Gmail getting swipe to delete and pinch to zoom in Android 4.2.

From what I've seen it is a major upgrade over Siri, even so, when Apple showed off Siri the Android people laughed and mocked saying how stupid it was and that no one would ever use it. Now they have something that compares to it and it's the greatest thing ever.

Well actually provide results.....I can ask Google Now a question and get an answer back from the web on just about anything.
95% of the shite I ask Siri it processes for about 30 seconds then beeps and goes back to the main Siri search screen.....WTF. I've tried the Sam Jackson conversation with Siri at least 15 times on my wife's 4S and all I ever get is a beeps. fricking bitch (Siri not my wife ).

Android had a feature much like siri before siri came out. They just upgraded it.
