No, they'd probably just fire Goodell and move on. I think Goodell has pissed off enough fans that his replacement would be quickly welcomed so everyone can move on and get away from all of the off field drama.
I still think he's got very little chance of winning, but if the NFL released a manipulated PDF, who knows what smoking guns Ginsburg will find when the courts make the NFL release evidence.

Vilma's lawyer was pretty impressive in front of Berrigan. Would love to see the string of witnesses testifying "No, never saw anything like that.", then bring Cerullo & GW up for grilling.

For now it goes right back to Roger, and then after he rules, I think there may be another appeals panel, and then probably back to court. I'm not 100% sure.

He's pissed off the entire NFL fanbase in other ways, most recently letting the replacement refs go for as long as they did.
