Read the 5th and 14th amendments again. When talking about due process, "person" is used, not "citizen"

1. You cant just read a statute and believe it. Our court system has interpreted the law and that has to be taken into consideration.

2. Foreign citizens trespassing on highly restricted military bases with cameras are not protected under our constitution. In fact they are specifically at risk under it.

In the case of A51 the constitution does not apply

The constitution applies everywhere in the borders of the united states at all times, no matter what.

You don't want to frick around near the Hanford sight in Washington either. You will definitely have some pissed off soldier pointing a machine gun at you do.

Not in top secret bases. You can be held at A51 indefinitely. I wil give you a hint it is not a US military base. There was a lawsuit from victims of chemical contamination workers vs A51 that describes it all.

Too bad you couldn't study the difference between your and you're in those 10 years you spent studying our constitution.
