1. You cant just read a statute and believe it. Our court system has interpreted the law and that has to be taken into consideration.
2. Foreign citizens trespassing on highly restricted military bases with cameras are not protected under our constitution. In fact they are specifically at risk under it.

Not in top secret bases. You can be held at A51 indefinitely. I wil give you a hint it is not a US military base. There was a lawsuit from victims of chemical contamination workers vs A51 that describes it all.
