We said that in like week one.. it has to be a legitimate formation.
Also you have to designate your sub.. you can't just say "Oh this week I had a forward DNP so I get to sub in that one forward I had on the bench for him" It's part of the strategy.

frick you guys. We covered this shite already. I had a defender not play last time and you guys said I had to sub a defender instead of a forward, who was my "one" sub. Y'all definitely told me that last time. Not that it makes a hell of a difference to the result, so if y'all could get the frick off of my back that would be great. 
Again, if the sub rules weren't so bassackwards fricktarded then maybe we wouldn't have this problem.

I don't see whats hard to understand.
You designated a forward as a sub, meaning you were thinking one of your forwards wouldnt play.
You took the risk of playing the minimum amount of defenders without a sub.
