noises and sounds...are they really natural or is it just like eating someone else food and trying to make them think you like it "MMMMM that's good" and more of a social tradition to make those type noises?
You rub a girl for a second and she starts her routine of heavy breathing and little spasms......is this natural? When they go to the Gyno they start in with the subtle but long cries of pain and moans?
are they just mimicking what they've seen in movies?
Does it really feel THAT good? Is it really that INTENSE?

my guess is they embellish about 50% because we, as humans, are all about pleasing others and if they embellish a bit, it makes you feel more like a man.
