But a number of people on this board and IRL believe that the president has the power to enslave people and turn us into a police-state. It's a very tinfoil hat idea.

undecided, but leaning towards Stein. I know people say voting for a third party is "throwing away your vote" but how the hell else are we going to get away from "choosing between the lesser of two evils" unless we all vote for who we actually feel would do the best job?
it seems to me like voting for someone you don't really care for is really throwing away your vote.

Don't forget that Ogump signed a law (passed with overwhelmingly bipartisan support) that allows US citizens on US soil to be detained indefinitely. He also ordered the extrajudicial killing of an American citizen overseas and expanded Bush's warrantless spying. It's not tinfoil hat paranoia to be concerned about abuses.

not very uncommon in the south, from what i have seen. a lot of my friends are very similar. anywhere else and it's a different story.

Stacey Dash is fine as hell….. still…. she's actually getting better with age…..
but anyway, since Obama is proposing Medicare cuts, and that would hurt my profession down the line, I'm really thinking I'm going with Romney….. but to be honest, if there was a frozen bag of broccoli in the race, I'd vote for that before the two we have do have to vote for, so…...
