225 when i weighed about 170 senior year of high school....I thought i was the fricking man

in high school, the one year i played football, we did max outs on the bench… i got 285 up, but that was as close as i got…. weighed 175 at the time…. i tried 300 but it wasn't going NOWHERE! lol...

I've done 405. Used to be able to rep 315+ before tearing pec while doing a set of 385.

late, but in this
465 is my best bench, about a year ago. I can probably do about 425 right now
405 incline

Lol allpro in everyone thinking I play NFL football. I always partied too much to be serious and dedicate myself......so I'm just a wannabe that just likes to pretend I could have been a pro athlete.
In reality my arse would probably be hurt and out of the game on the first play
