You go to any country area of the state where there are hard working whites and blacks. They get along fine.
It's the trash of both races that no one cares for.

Probably, but only because of demographics. How exactly can someone from New England or the upper midwest be racist when they live in a 95% white state?

Once again is the black people that get most of the blame for racism in Louisiana. I can honestly say I'm a black person that grew up in Louisiana and I haven't had racism directed toward me by any other race in my entire life.

Very true. The office of the firm I work for is very diverse. Maybe 40% latin, 40% white, 20% black. Have not heard one thing that could be construed as racist in almost two years. Not a single comment in our out of the office.

I think there is a good majority of people who aren't like burning crosses racist, but are "think white quarterbacks are better" racist.

That's not an answer,what is your definition of a racist? I'm just curious. And my man you can try and label me anything you like,fact is you don't know me are my dealings with people of other racists. So would you say the black guy who killed my wife's co workers wife today,who is white ,calling her racial slurs as he shot her for firing him is a racist? Does that meet your standard ?

It actually isn't, what specific educational measures are you considering and who are you measuring. We also rank high in STD's, illiteracy, gun violence, illegitimate children, etc., you adjust for race and we aren't that much different than any other state that isn't "highly diverse".
