You an mike are friends huh?

Whats done is done. The NFL is a shitty sham of an organization, Goodell is Hitler, and the fans are being shite on everyday. We all know this. That said:

I wouldn't say that, but he is pretty good about answering fan's question's on twitter. Larry Holder is pretty good about that as well.

The real question is whether they edited this document to touch up words that didn't come through when it was scanned or did they edit it to fit their agenda. Even if it was the former, it is still tampering with evidence and will probably be thrown out by the Judge.

Barack Obama is dumb enough to show us an obviously fake birth certificate with layers and shit, so is Roger Goodell.

I mean do you think they scanned it then shredded the original?

Both boards have gone full on retard with some of this stuff. Are we now to believe that 3 different people wrote the note, with different pens and then the nfl still had to digitally alter it to get it to say what they wanted? And again destroyed the original?

Focus on the real issue- a fired ex employee showed up with a sketchy hand written note.

That is exactly the point. But not only that, the note itself is so suspect (especially if Gregg Williams wrote part of it, which it looks like he did)...it doesn't fit the timeline

I'm capable of holding more than one thought at a time.

Thanks though

its just humorous we went from "50,000 pages of evidence" to a handwritten note that isn't even dated and could have been written anytime

re: SaintsReport post on modified hand-written documents

Problem is most of them don't make sense. At what point do you suppose roger would just sit down with a pen himself and write it from scratch? It would make waaaay more sense than what's been alleged in the threads referenced.

Or better yet - cerullo just has a sketchy note he produced by himself and the fact that he has an axe to grind is a far more logical explanation than Gregg wrote a page of scribbles, which cerullo then added a few notes to which the nfl then scanned and altered further and an original no longer exists.

Nope - I'm the one that can't handle this, because I think a 3 year old note scribbled quickly by a halfwit assisstant scanned on an office copy machine, who knows how many photo copies removed from the original might have picked up some color and pixelation issues and that the pdf that's made it's way to the media isn't the original or primary existing copy the nfl has.

Sometimes the easy answer serves your purpose even better than the one that's way out in left field. Cerullo is a shady character that is pissed off and showed up with a copy of his notes - which could have been scribbled 6 months later

Let me guess - the nfl wrote both he and Gregg's confessions but forgot to make them match too?

so why does the handwriting seam to match the handwriting of Gregg Williams?

the nfl should be intelligent enough to release an original copy if they are trying to show it as evidence to the media. They deserved to be questioned for it

cool i guess? Never asked for a lecture

Nice red herring. We do know that the NFL altered Williams' original apology though

re: SaintsReport post on modified hand-written documents

Beyond a simple loop in one of the Gs what matches? What does cerullo write a G like? Could the handwriting questions be chalked up to that over the course of a meeting wit a few scribbles here and there he's not 100% consistent with how he writes his Rs?

It's a scanned copy. Did you expect them to go door to door showing the original? I bet you'd be amazed what you find blowing anything up to 1600% and examining every pixel

Yes, the same people that think this notes written by 3 hands and then altered by the nfl are consistently overlapping the crowd that thinks every statement has been created by the nfl. The magically forced Gregg to sign off on their conclusions but forgot to get the story right. To create something like this unchallenged they need full control over the key witnesses, but they can't even control them enough to match the stories up.

This is really easy. The saints were pushing the edge here, the nfl was ready to act quickly. Instead of creating evidence, it makes a lot more sense that they were just willing to act on spotty stuff that.

i have no idea. The whole point is that it should raise questions. That is all anyone on here has suggested

if that is a 1 time scanned copy than they have some issues. They should release a scanned copy of the original to the media, then again, they should be open with the public about their evidence to begin with.

who has said that in this thread?

Once again, most people are completely capable of questioning the source of the evidence and the actual evidence at the same time.

There is absolutely no reason to take the NFL at its word after their actions involving the Gregg Williams apology, the Hargrove declaration, the ledger, etc.

In order for what your implying to be true, to be true the nfl needs pretty full control over the narrative from gw/mc no?

Even saints report has backed off with a number of people explaining that this quality is pretty basic.

That the nfl edited this document produced by Gregg Williams, possibly written on by someone else and then digitally edited further

Wait - I forgot - your not saying that's true, just asking the obvious questions.

Don't forget that the NFL only released GW's affidavit. Cerullo's affidavit was leaked by someone else; not released. The NFL had no intention of their inconsistencies becoming public.

The problem is not that the affidavits don't match. The problem is that the NFL has embraced GW and Cerullo as unimpeachable witnesses while ignoring the 800-lb gorilla in the room, which is GW's and Cerullo's accounts have irreconcilable differences and CANNOT both be correct. And there's a lot of witnesses who are saying neither one is correct but Goodell writes them off as liars. The league has earned every bit of suspicion and conspiracy theory directed at it, for these reasons and lots of others.
