I didn't realize serving my wine with my meal (which is specifically asked for) instead of 15 minutes after my entree was "extra good service." I would call that normal service. Nor did I get my "meatballs compliments of the chef"

I may be confusing him with someone else, but it seems like the second or third time I've seen this poster try to use that as some sort of 'gotcha.' You'd think he'd eventually figure out how silly it makes him look.

don't think I've ever asked that before. I'm pretty stupid when it comes to sushi.

Sorry, then. It doesn't have to incorporate raw fish to be sushi. It's simply a reference to the rice preparation with any other ingredient. More than a few posters have thought they were getting some great gotcha by pointing out otherwise. I thought you might have been one who had done so previously.

Nope. We were on the side with all the other old couples (not the couple that had multiple martinis and glasses of wine; I think I got drunk watching them drink).

I've had a sub par NY Strip once and I brought it to the attention of the waiter and he promptly tool care of it. I ordered it medium rare and it came out cooked perfectly but it was a bad quality cut of beef Within a short wait i had a perfect meal.

Why would anyone tell the wait staff they are paying with a groupon prior to getting bill?
Is says to on the groupon, so they know prior to ringing it up to put the groupon code from your purchase on the bill. I use Groupon and the discounts from coke rewards all the time. I still tip good, and rarely come across bad service. (I said 'I didn't buy it' in reference to the groupon hating servers.)

If you really think about it all the most popular rolls are cooked. The Crunchy Roll The California Roll The Crab and Avocado Roll The Dragon Roll Ebi BBQ Eel (forgot the Japanese name) A lot of people "who eat sushi" don't really eat raw fish, just Americanized rolls.
