260 is the most I've hit. I only weigh 165 though.

It's been some time but yes I've put up 300 before. I figure now I could get 1 rep of somewhere between 325 and 350.

Closet I've gotten is 240. I was well on my way to the 3's but I got really sick and that was it for that

Most I ever hit was 275. That's when I was 25 and working out all the time. I'll probably never hit the 300 mark

I hit 305 once when I weighed 165. That was pretty much my upper limit. I could feel something about to let go in my shoulder. I don't go that heavy any more.

Yes I weighed 225 at the time.
Best single rep max was 405 weighing 220 then.

I got up to 365 in high school. Probably could throw up 250 or so now. I rarely lift though.
