Not sure if serious. To answer the OP, I just had it done a couple weeks ago and am amazed with the results considering how bad my vision was to start with. Don't go the cheap route - get the bladeless incision and the customized eye mapping if they offer it. Those will improve the results and recovery time. You can only do it once, so do it right the first time.

He asked and I didn't tell. I'm almost legally blind and I wanted to be able to watch him while he was doing it, make sure there was no funny business. I'm from W. Monroe and this is right after a dentist put one of the duck dynasty guys under and took pictures of him. I didn't want the same to happen to me

The older you are when you get it done the less effective it will probably be. I got mine done at 23. Has been one of the best things I've ever spent money on so far.

Either: 1. She cheated. or 2. You cheated, she knows, and this is part of her ploy for revenge. Kiss your eye balls goodbye. Just kidding, congrats!

The moral of the story is that the Doc is probably 70% certain to frick up. Start watching all of your favorite movies, watch as much porn as you can, go to as many LSU games as possible, strip clubs, etc....you want to see as much good as possible before you're blind *Now that I think about it, may want to skip the LSU game

I had it done a couple years ago, but not by her. It was the best decision I'd ever made. Simple procedure and no pain, just discomfort. I'll say this, prepare for an extremely out-of-body experience.

I have an account, she has an account, and we have a joint account. Each of us gets an allowance every week to spend on whatever the hell we want, and the joint pays for bills, together activities, etc. No way I could do it any other way.

Is he having trouble with reading or distance? LASIK doesn't prevent you from needing reading glasses.

What about post surgery - did you find the recovery time to be bad?

I had a little bit of irritation for the remainder of the day immediately following the procedure, but you get sleeping pills to knock you out once you get home so you sleep through it anyway. When I woke up the following day, there was very little irritation at all.

I had my surgery on a Thursday morning, went home and slept all day. I woke up Friday morning, went back to the doc and they took the bandages off and everything was fine.
