I fail to see how they can just stop someone and frisk them with no probable cause or anything........

Yea I agree. My policy doesn't allow it without reasonable suspicion to believe a crime has been or is about to be committed. Now we can have consensual encounters but that's obviously not what these were.

In Arkansas , as in most states, probable cause isn't required for a stop and identify; but that doesn't include frisking someone. That's where they cross the line IMHO. I just don't see how they can do that.

I am wondering how this is constitutional. Every single day America is becoming less free. People say the troops overseas are fighting for our freedoms but that is BS. I wish they would all come home and fight for our freedoms here because here at home is where the real threats to our freedoms are.

wow not even a cop defended will be able to defend that audio props to that kid for recording it...because if the police would have found that recording device on him they would have destroyed it and fricked him up even more when is America going to wake up?

I don't think anyone on here has ever said ALL police are. That video shows that MOST police, at least in NYC, are mindless scum though.

I suggested last week that all police departments should be disbanded and no one went along with it. Not sure why.

pst here's a little known fact, if you resist an illegal arrest it is NOT resisting arrest. Now that being said, you better be damned sure it's an illegal arrest before you resist, but you have the legal right to resist, up until the point of killing the cop who is trying to illegally arrest you.
