Kenilworth. French doors rattled and my gf said it must be an earthquake. I said no Exxon blew up. About 5-10 minutes later black smoke was over head. The sky was so blue that day.

I was playing Roger Clemens baseball on Nintendo. The blast shook our back door windows, we thought a plane crashed in the neighborhood. The neighbor across the street worked for Exxon about 10 mins after the blast he was hauling arse out the driveway. At the time, we lived in Woodland Ridge.

I was home with my folks for the holiday and had just stepped outside. Felt the tremor under my feet just before hearing the blast. Within minutes the sky was littered with shreds of insulation(?) and by 5pm the sky was dark as night from the smoke.

I was at my grandparent's house in LP. My uncle was outside trying to get a bonfire started when it blew. It rattled the windows and shook the house some...we thought my uncle had blown himself up outside.
