That's not how it works. Henry's contract is guaranteed for this season, but on October 31st the team has to declare whether it will pick up the options for next season on Henry, Vasquez and Aminu. It's looking very unlikely that his option will get picked up, but all that really means is he's now an expiring contract to be packaged with Warrick at the trade deadline.

not just that with rivers, gordon, roberts, mason, and henry one of them has to be the odd man out

With Miller and Aminu playing decent he's the odd man out at SF too. He's just too expensive to be your 5th guard or 3rd SF. Those roster spots are for 2nd rounders and league minimum guys.
