This is the third time. Hugo resized it the last time and it was fine. All of a sudden it goes away and I get a size message. Why does this keep happening?

were you using a link that you were hosting? or was someone else hosting the link?
For example, if I resize and image and link it for you and you use my link, I can then go change the image to whatever I want and change your avatar as long as I use the identical name.
Trying hosting it yourself.

I'm not implying that Hugo did so on purpose. I was just explaining how it could have happened.
Although, how awesome of a troll could that be. Spend years on here creating sig pics for people and hosting them. Then, when you have several hundred/thousand done, change them all to the same pic.

Underneath that is the language about the size of avatars.
It's 11970 bytes and 110 x 75 pixels. Is that too big?

I got it back. I think the size is okay. The ADMIN message just said it wasn't showing up. It was a red x. Didn't say it was too big. If it is, someone please let me know. thanks...
ETA: JDM, don't be concerned. It's not noticable.
