So....I have a tattoo on my wrist :inb4trashy: and I wear a bunch of little bracelets to work to cover it. Apparently I lost one at some point and I just noticed one of the offenders wearing it. Creepy!

BMI is so-so. It says my boyfriend is overweight, but he is actually in great shape and just on the muscular side. If you lift weights BMI won't give you accurate results.
Body fat % is more accurate if you can read it correctly.

i was "over weight" my entire navy career according to the height and weight scale.
but when they did the measurements i was always in the 12-14% range.
