I mainly threw that in because I knew it would be an almost immediate response. Would still consider it but would prefer a major change.

The fact that you are considering leaving BR for CHA leads me to believe you really have no clue what you are looking for and are simply looking for an excuse to leave a town who's perception has drained on you.

at your age a couple of years in NYC would be awesome....actually parts of Brooklyn are really up and coming (and a lot cheaper than Manhattan)

a guy earlier said he moved there. I never said I wanted to move there or was considering it. Just commenting on the guy's town.

San Diego, NYC, and L.A. are all good choices.

Brooklyn is still pricey unless you live in the hood, you just get a little more space for your money.

Chicago—although I'd advise you to dump the woman and go up there solo. Best town for women I've ever lived in.

One of my good friends just moved to the Park Slope area of Brooklyn last month and paid a million for a 2bd/2ba 1400 sq ft apartment in a co-op.

Been out of school for a year and a half but that's what we were making when we started. I've been working in BR for just over a year.

Hoboken is a great city for younger folks. You can walk to everything here in town, tons of bars, and you can be in NYC in about 15-20 minutes on the PATH. Then you have the trains which you can use to go visit other towns on the weekends. We may be renting our place soon......
