Why was this touted as the best oline we have had? Why is the drop off so sever? Why aren't the 2nd string guys ready? Maybe if we had a better offense we could develop more talent rather than letting them learn under pressure.

IMO, essentially his primary role is to manage and oversee the production of this team. In other words, let your coaches do their job, but interfere when productivity halts.
I have no basis to weight this. He never looked better than any of the others. There was never alot of distance between the backs.

Brockers 4* to 1st round, played behind Nevis and clearly wasn't ready to bench him.
Lee was a much better QB his senior year, I don't think you can argue that.
