Mine is "Two Bad Neighbors" from season 7. It's the one where George Bush Sr. moves next door and him and Homer start a prank war against each other

Bart The Daredevil - Season 2 episode 8
My favorite all time, i remember seeing it when I was 5 and i loved it because of the monster trucks.  But it is still an overall great and hilarious episode!
